Description: Hospice Caledon is a visiting hospice that offers personal care, emotional and spiritual support, integrative therapies, respite care, and coordination of services. Individual and group bereavement support is available. Hospice Caledon also runs Shar-light Camp, a day camp for children who are dealing with anticipatory grief and bereavement. The Lending Library has books, audio tapes, video tapes, and music dealing with loss and grief from illness, death, or divorce.
