Description: Hazel Burns Hospice is a visiting hospice that offers Compassionate Client Care services in the 20 languages spoken by its volunteers. Services are delivered primarily at home and include personal and non-medical practical assistance, emotional and spiritual support, companionship, respite care, and coordination of services. Support for anticipatory grief, grief, and bereavement is also available. The Resource Library is open to everyone.
