Criteria for use: Clients are people living in our catchment area in need of support, education or referral to community services for themselves, their family or friends in the areas of critical illness, caregiver respite, and/or bereavement.

Description: 

Hospice Dufferin is a charitable, not-for-profit, non-denominational organization which exists to support quality of life for individuals and families facing life-threatening illness or bereavement. We offer education, palliative support visiting, respite and group programs. Volunteer training and membership available.
