Description: Saint Elizabeth Health Care’s Hospice Palliative Care Program is a visiting hospice that provides pain and symptom management, complementary therapies, psychosocial support, practical care, respite care, child care, spiritual care, and grief and bereavement support. Nurses are available. Care is provided in the home, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Service is provided in English, French, and other languages.
