Description: The Jewish Hospice Program is a visiting hospice that offers physical, practical, emotional, social, and spiritual support. The team is sensitive to Jewish religious and spiritual traditions. This hospice also offers Rabbinical counselling, consultation, and visitation, grief support, and coordination of services.
