Criteria for use: Clients are over age 15 and have terminal cancer, with a three-month prognosis. A doctor’s referral is required, but any individual may initiate the referral process.

Description: Ian Anderson House is a residential hospice that accommodates six clients at a time in a caring and comfortable home-like setting. This hospice’s philosophy of palliative care may not be appropriate for everyone, since active treatment, including hydration, is not provided.
