Description: 

Hospice Richmond Hill aims to provide support through a continuum of care: at diagnosis, during treatment, when there is a change from treatment for cure to treatment to care, end of life and beyond. We offer in-home visiting volunteers; caregiver relief; caregiver support groups; yoga for relaxation; adult, youth and children’s support groups, art-based programming, community education and consultation.
